The introduction to Yog Meditation is a 3 evening course. It allows to learn the fundamentals of proper movement or asanas, breathing or pranayama and meditative exercises. with this course you will be able to practice at home. It is best to do this course before attending the retreats!​​​

Introduction à la méditation est offert en 3 cours du soir. Il permet d'intégrer les bases des mouvements, de la respiration et des exercices de méditation. Ce cours vous permet de pratiquer à la maison et de participer aux retraites.
